On Wednesday 28 August, Paris will have its very first Paralympic Games, and will start with a staggering Opening Service in the core of France's capital.

At 20:00 neighborhood time, Spot de la Concorde and the Winners Elysées will play host to 4,400 Paralympic competitors from 184 appointments as they praise the initiation of 11 days of contest, beginning 29 August.
